The agreement that you find below this text describes what you and the ABC Group agree on when you place your order. For example, it describes how and when you should pay and how we can help you if something goes wrong. Feel free to contact our customer service if you have any questions or if there is something you do not understand in this text.

These terms and conditions have been formulated in accordance with current industry rules and the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines regarding distance and home sales agreements and the Consumer Purchase Act.

APPLICABILITY

These terms and conditions apply to agreements on the purchase of goods from the student collection that ABC-Gruppen AB org: 556637-9672, (ABC) provides at any time.

CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

Items are ordered in the manner instructed by ABC. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the agreement shall be considered entered into when the customer has placed his order and it has been accepted by ABC. When ordering persons under the age of 18, the required consent from a guardian is required. Orders from people under the age of 16 are not processed.

CUSTOMER’s OBLIGATION TO CHECK

ABC confirms the content of the order by sending the customer one or more confirmations (Order Confirmations) to information provided by the customer for SMS and e-mail. The customer must check the contents of the Order Confirmation and as soon as possible from the confirmation received notify ABC of any changes and all objections regarding the contents of the order.

CANCELLATION / CHANGE BEFORE PRODUCTION

After ABC has accepted the customer’s order, he instructs his subcontractors to produce ordered goods in accordance with the customer’s specifications. ABC then has no possibility of cancellation vis-à-vis the subcontractors. Order will be submitted to the subcontractor within 14 days after the order date. Before the order is sent to production, the customer is free to cancel and change their order. Thereafter, the rules in section 5 “Right of withdrawal after delivery” apply.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AFTER DELIVERY

Although the Distance Contracts Act does not apply to products with a personal touch, ABC-Gruppen offers an opportunity for the return of such goods. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day delivery has taken place to the specified place or agent. Upon school delivery, the goods are delivered according to agreement when the school has received the goods. In the case of home delivery, the goods are delivered when they have reached the recipient’s representative. The withdrawal period is 14 days. During this time, the customer has the right to return received goods. Upon return, a return cost of SEK 129 will be added, which refers to shipping and return handling, which will be deducted from the refund. Refund details must be stated when returning goods. To return the received item, contact ABC-Gruppen’s customer service. In addition to this, the provisions of the Distance Contracts Act apply to the return of goods.

INVOICING TERMS

Invoicing takes place to the address specified by the customer or in a manner agreed in writing between the customer and ABC. The customer is aware that the invoice may be addressed to the guardian of the customer. In the case of a customer invoice, ABC has the right to charge a handling fee. The customer is aware that certain products may be invoiced separately from other products.

PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

Price follows from ABC’s current price list and is stated including VAT and other additional taxes according to law. Advance payment applies unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Payment must be received by ABC no later than 20 days after the invoice date. If payment is not completed no later than the due date, default interest is paid according to law. ABC has the right to charge compensation for a written payment reminder and for statutory debt collection costs. Payment is made in the manner instructed by ABC. In the event of late payment, ABC has no obligation to deliver ordered goods. The customer is aware that the invoice may be administered by a third party.

ETHICAL RULES AND RIGHT TO FAIL DELIVERY

The customer warrants that the information provided for print or brand is legal in all respects, that it does not infringe on the rights of others and that it does not contain offensive material. ABC reserves the right to refrain from delivering an order if information or material as above is not in accordance with the ethical rules of this agreement under this clause, or otherwise in ABC’s assessment is unethical. provided by the ABC Group: Weapons, shelters or other elements of violence may not appear in the picture or in the text. Narcotic drugs, other drugs or related attributes must not appear on the image or in text. Attributes with a racist or discriminatory meaning may not appear on the image or in the text. DELIVERY

The customer’s order is delivered at the time and in the manner specified by ABC when ordering. If nothing is stated, delivery takes place to the school or place from which the order comes. ABC reserves the right to any final sale. ABC also reserves the right to deliver equivalent replacement goods in the event that a product is excluded from ABC’s product range. In the case of unredeemed shipments, ABC reserves the right to charge a fee of SEK 129 in handling costs. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to clause 5. In the event that ABC has offered the customer free delivery to the school but later is not allowed to deliver the order to the school, ABC reserves the right to subsequently charge a shipping cost to send the order to the customer’s home address.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the error was noticed or should have been noticed. Complaints made later than seven days after a fault is discovered cannot be invoked.

ERRORS AND ERROR REMEDIES

By errors is meant that the print or mark on the product deviates from material provided by the customer or approved by the customer or that the product is otherwise defective or defective. ABC is not responsible for errors that are due to the customer or any relationship on his side. The customer is responsible for goods being ordered in the right size or quantity. Defects must be reported to ABC no later than 14 days after delivery. ABC has the right, in the first instance at its own expense, to remedy the error or undertake re-delivery if this can be done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the customer. Compensation in the event of an error only covers proven and reasonable costs that have arisen as a direct result of the error.

SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA

Through this agreement, the customer agrees that ABC stores and uses provided personal data for the following purposes: handling of order, invoicing, delivery and for marketing of ABC or another party with whom ABC cooperates. The customer can at any time by written notification to ABC revoke the consent regarding marketing. Previous communication can take place via e-mail, letter and SMS. The customer is also aware that this means that information may be provided to third parties to fulfill the now listed purposes or obligations under this agreement. All processing of personal data and customer data takes place in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR) and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998: 204 ), called PUL in everyday speech, and the law on electronic communication (SFS 2003: 389). Personal information that you provide via the website will be used to be able to handle your order, invoicing, delivery and marketing measures. Communication can take place via letter, e-mail or SMS. COPYRIGHT

ABC holds the rights to material produced by ABC or a subcontractor hired by ABC. In the event that the customer has provided self-produced material for printing or branding, the customer retains all rights to this material.

NOTICES AND CONTACT DETAILS

Messages between the customer and ABC shall be made by e-mail or letter to the parties specified in the agreement or later through amended contact information notified in writing to the other party. The customer is obliged to notify ABC without delay of changes in its contact information.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59), you have the right to regret within 14 days of receiving an ordered item. This is the so-called withdrawal period. The law further states that you always have seven working days to cancel the purchase. Working days refer to all days of the year except Saturdays, Sundays, other public holidays, Midsummer’s Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
